- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery. - Perform maintenance and configuration for Kronos modules like accruals and timekeeper. - Support functional testing, integration testing, and UAT. - Assist customers with testing, understanding solutions, and system handover. - Engage in test automation and manual testing on the UKG platform. - Mentor junior team members. - Thrive in both team-based and independent work settings. - Demonstrate creative and analytical problem-solving abilities. - Utilize strong interpersonal skills to interface with colleagues and customers, managing tasks to completion with minimal direction. - Build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment. - Show a keen interest in working within an information systems environment.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience is required. - Experience in Pro WFM domain (2-4 years) and Pro WFM (1+ years) is essential. - Proficient in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler. - Knowledge of Business Structure Setup and Labor Category Setup in Pro WFM. - Understanding of Tiles Setup and Display Profiles Setup in Pro WFM. - Practical experience and knowledge in Boomi. - SQL Reporting and WIM Integration are advantageous. - Familiarity with Data Views Setup is beneficial. - Experience building custom reports using BIRT is a plus. - Knowledge of managing CRT tables and integrations in Pro WFM is desirable. - Ready to work in shifts.
