Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer, focusing on developing tailored software solutions that address unique business needs. This role involves designing, coding, and enhancing application components using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.

Your contributions will be vital in delivering scalable and high-performing solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in technical discussions, and play a key role in the successful implementation of custom software projects.

As a Developer, you will work on RPA Power Automate projects, managing both cloud and desktop flows. Key responsibilities include interacting with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and senior developers to understand automation requirements.

You will conduct technical feasibility checks, assist in creating Solution Design Documents (SDD) and Technical Design Documents (TDD), and develop Power Automate workflows. Peer code reviews, providing technical support during SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases, and adhering to development best practices are also integral to this role. Assisting with production issues and database maintenance will be part of your duties.

This position requires a minimum of 2 years of IT development experience, with at least 1 year specifically in RPA Power Automate development. A strong understanding of RPA and Power Automate tools, including concepts like Work Queues, AI Builder, OCR, and PDF Extraction, is essential.

Experience across the entire RPA project lifecycle is expected. While not strictly required, knowledge of .Net, C#, SQL, JIRA, SNOW, and GitHub is considered beneficial. A foundational 15 years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
