As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead AI-driven solution design and delivery, applying GenAI and Agentic AI to tackle complex business challenges and automate processes. You will integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for significant impact. Expect to perform independently, becoming a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving. Assisting in documenting application processes and workflows, along with continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends, are key aspects of this role.

Ideal candidates possess a strong grasp of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks, with the ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives.
