As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and configuring applications to perfectly match business process and application requirements. Your role involves collaborating with teams to gather essential requirements, developing creative solutions, and ensuring applications align with organizational objectives. You will also contribute to testing and troubleshooting to boost application performance and user satisfaction, constantly seeking ways to refine the software development lifecycle.

- Take ownership and become a subject matter expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide effective solutions to work-related challenges. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Engage in the testing and validation of applications to ensure business needs are met.

- Minimum 3 years of experience is required. - Proficiency in Oracle EBS Human Capital Management (HCM). - Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll is advantageous. - Solid understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Knowledge of database management and data integration techniques. - A 15-year full-time education is a prerequisite. - This role is based in our Hyderabad office.
