We are seeking a skilled Custom Software Engineer to develop and enhance custom software solutions. This role involves designing, coding, and improving components across various systems and applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies. The focus is on delivering scalable, high-performing solutions that precisely meet specific business requirements.

Key responsibilities include acting as an interface for testing, validation, integration, and requirements management, while coordinating with a global team. You will actively contribute to building and developing the testing team in areas of test development, execution, environment management, and provide technical mentorship.

Develop comprehensive test strategies, define new test cases, and implement automated test suites.

Analyze and interpret test results, collaborating with technical experts to optimize testing processes.

Conduct testing for infotainment system features, including Media, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Navigation, working closely with customers and process partners.

A minimum of 7 years of experience in testing and validation within the automotive domain is essential.

Proficiency in test automation using programming languages such as Python or C# is required.

Hands-on experience assembling test benches (HIL) and comfort working with hardware and electrical components are necessary.

Strong knowledge of Vector tools like CANoe and CANape is a must.

Experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, and DOORs is expected.

Solid understanding of Ethernet, CAN, and LIN protocols is needed.

Familiarity with System and Sub-system knowledge of Automotive ECUs is required.

Experience in Requirement Understanding, Configuration Management, Bug Tracking, and Change Management tools is essential.

Demonstrated experience in test strategy creation, test planning, and tooling enablement is expected.

Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to teams regarding technology usage is valued.
