Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer to craft tailored software solutions. You will design, code, and refine components across various systems and applications, leveraging modern frameworks and agile methodologies. The goal is to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions that precisely meet specific business requirements.

This role involves developing custom software, focusing on enhancing system components. We utilize contemporary frameworks and agile development practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions designed for unique business needs.

Handle sensitive role requests, document, and track security exceptions within defined timelines.

Submit Workday security role requests, secure necessary external approvals, and request Workday Headcount Approval Roles.

Process mass and individual position security requests, including bulk Workday security assignments via EIB and standard requests through the Financial Systems Governance Site.

Provide support for SOX and Management Audit reviews, control certifications, external walkthroughs, and security remediation efforts. Route country-role requests to appropriate regional HRIS teams.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering is required.

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Workday Core HCM.

Demonstrated ability to develop and enhance software components is essential.

Familiarity with modern frameworks and agile development practices is expected. The position requires adherence to SHIFT C schedules.
