Join us as a Custom Software Engineer, focused on developing innovative SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. This role leverages AI-assisted development tools and copilots to enhance financial process analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

We prioritize integration, quality delivery, and AI-enabled productivity. While AI tools are central, this position does not require deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering expertise.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations, utilizing AI copilots for accelerated analysis and documentation.

Support end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services to improve finance processes and use AI tools for faster error diagnosis and resolution.

A strong foundation in SAP FI S/4HANA processes is essential, covering the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is required.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools. Understand AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI usage, applying pre-built AI services for analysis, validation, and issue resolution.

Possess robust analytical and problem-solving skills in finance processes and data. Exhibit clear communication abilities and a collaborative spirit. Translate business needs into well-structured SAP finance solutions and maintain a continuous learning mindset to embrace AI-enabled workflows. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
