This role focuses on developing and enhancing custom SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting solutions. You will leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline financial analysis, configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting. The position emphasizes high-quality delivery and AI-driven productivity, without requiring deep model development or advanced LLM/RAG engineering expertise. The goal is to deliver faster, more reliable SAP solutions that improve financial accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Configure and enhance core SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing. Translate business requirements into scalable SAP configurations with AI copilot assistance. Support end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to hypercare. Integrate SAP FI with other SAP modules (MM, SD, CO, AA) and external systems. Utilize AI copilots for drafting specifications, validating configurations, generating test scripts, and creating documentation. Apply pre-built AI services for anomaly detection and intelligent validations. Use AI tools for financial data interpretation and error resolution. Ensure compliance with SDLC, audit controls, and finance governance standards. Conduct workshops and troubleshooting sessions using AI-enhanced insights. Collaborate with finance users, functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions. Contribute to reusable templates and AI-assisted development best practices.

Requires a strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA processes, including the Universal Journal, Financial Closing & Reporting, AP/AR Processing, Asset Accounting, Banking & Cash Management, and Taxation. Proven experience integrating FI with CO, MM, and SD modules is essential. Hands-on experience with AI copilots, LLM-based assistants, automated documentation, and AI-driven testing tools is required. A foundational understanding of AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI usage is necessary. You must be proficient in using AI for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and issue resolution. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities in finance processes and data are key. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams are vital. A continuous learning mindset and comfort with adopting AI-enabled workflows are expected. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
