Drive the design and development of cutting-edge infotainment applications for vehicles using Android Automotive OS (AAOS). Develop infotainment applications leveraging AAOS, prioritizing modularity, performance, and maintainability. Create modules for seamless interaction with VHAL and other HALs via AIDL/HIDL. Integrate applications with essential system services and vendor-specific frameworks.

Effectively debug and optimize across application, framework, and HAL layers to ensure robust stability and peak performance. Collaborate closely with platform, hardware, and QA teams for smooth integration and validation. Mentor junior developers, upholding best practices in architecture, code quality, and testing. Document and present architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation details to stakeholders.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required, with a strong focus on Automotive Digital Cockpit Solutions. Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, and C++ (14/17) is essential, alongside a deep understanding of Android SDK, NDK, Jetpack libraries, and MVVM architecture. Hands-on experience with Android components, AIDL/HIDL, VHAL, and HAL-to-app communication is crucial.

Familiarity with AAOS car services, infotainment integration, and experience with BT, Wi-Fi, GPS, and CAN at the application level are highly beneficial. Exposure to media, phone, navigation apps, and cloud communication is a plus. Proficiency in unit testing, Git, CI/CD workflows, and debugging tools is expected. A Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering is required.
