Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. Utilize AI copilots to generate functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test case creation, and streamline documentation. Support full implementation lifecycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Integrate SD modules with MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems using standard APIs and middleware. Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate process analysis, diagnose pricing issues, conduct impact analysis, plan and execute tests, and automate documentation. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows for automated exception detection, intelligent order classification, and smart summarization of issues. Employ LLM assistance for troubleshooting incidents to reduce resolution times. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with logistics, finance, supply chain, master data, and technical teams to achieve end-to-end O2C alignment.

Possess strong SAP SD expertise with a deep understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, as well as cross-module dependencies. Have knowledge of master data (customer, material, pricing, credit), IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting techniques. Showcase hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Exhibit the ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows, focusing on application rather than custom LLM development. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills within O2C scenarios. Effectively translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Maintain excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and comfort with AI-augmented productivity tools. A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required for this role.
