Develop and enhance custom software solutions with a focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). This role leverages AI-assisted development tools and copilots to streamline requirement analysis, coding, configuration, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

The primary objective is to deliver efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions. While integrating pre-built AI services is encouraged, the focus is on enhancing productivity through AI assistance rather than developing advanced AI models, RAG, or agentic AI systems.

Configure and optimize SAP SD modules, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, and returns. Utilize AI copilots for drafting functional specifications, validating pricing logic, generating test cases, and accelerating documentation.

Support full implementation cycles from requirements gathering to post-go-live support. Integrate SAP SD with other modules (MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM) and external systems. Leverage AI tools to accelerate process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, test planning, and documentation automation.

Apply AI capabilities to detect billing exceptions, classify orders intelligently, and summarize order/delivery issues. Employ LLM assistance for faster incident resolution. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC, audit controls, and governance requirements. Collaborate with various teams to achieve O2C alignment and contribute reusable AI-enhanced best practices.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, with a deep understanding of O2C processes such as order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing. Experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, along with knowledge of master data, IDocs, and common SD troubleshooting steps, is required.

Candidates should possess hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing and analysis. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD workflows is crucial, alongside an understanding of responsible AI usage and its limitations within commercial contexts.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios are necessary. The capacity to translate business needs into scalable SAP SD configurations, coupled with effective communication and collaboration skills, is vital.
