You will serve as a key functional resource, analyzing business needs, configuring software, and driving successful implementations. Strong client interaction and independent problem-solving skills are essential for this dynamic position.
Act as the primary functional point of contact for designated project areas. Support change management initiatives and foster user adoption. Translate intricate business requirements into clear functional specifications and system configurations. Review team deliverables meticulously to ensure accuracy and uphold quality standards. Proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership for timely resolution.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Management or HCM implementations, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Workforce Software modules like Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence. Demonstrated expertise in the functional design and deployment of Workforce Software solutions is crucial. Ability to translate business needs into functional designs that adhere to Workforce Software best practices. Possess comprehensive knowledge of pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, shift scheduling, workforce planning, and absence/leave rules and compliance. Skilled in gathering and analyzing requirements from HR, Operations, Payroll, and Compliance stakeholders. Strong functional understanding of workforce management processes and labor compliance principles. Experience collaborating with integration teams on data interfaces with HRIS (SAP, Workday, Oracle) and payroll platforms. Familiarity with supporting the creation of dashboards, KPIs, and standard reports. Experience with global rollouts and multi-country implementations is advantageous. Must have completed 15 years of full-time education, with a B.Tech or MBA in HR. Ability to work flexible shifts as required by business needs.
