An AI-powered tech talent opportunity awaits! As a Salesforce Data 360 Developer, you will play a crucial role in configuring, building, and supporting robust customer data solutions within Salesforce Data Cloud.

This senior developer position involves active contribution to data ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, data transformations, and segmentation. You will collaborate closely with architects and business teams to ensure successful implementations that meet all business requirements.

Configure and maintain Data Streams, integrating data from Salesforce clouds and external systems.

Develop Data Model Objects (DMOs), configure Identity Resolution rules, build Data Transforms, and write optimized SQL for Calculated Insights.

Create and test segments for downstream activation, and adeptly debug issues related to data discrepancies or unification.

Provide support for UAT, deployment, and post-go-live production challenges. Collaborate with architects and analysts on technical designs, participating actively in code reviews, testing, and release cycles.

Assist with defect resolution, optimization efforts, and comprehensive documentation of Data 360 configurations and technical workflows.

A minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience is essential, with 3-5 years being ideal. Candidates must possess hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) configuration and development, demonstrating a solid understanding of Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, and Segmentation.

Strong SQL skills, including joins, aggregations, and window functions, are required. Proficiency in developing maintainable and scalable solutions, coupled with robust problem-solving and communication abilities, is expected. Experience with JSON, APIs, data integration pipelines, and an understanding of event-based data and customer engagement tracking are also necessary.

Mandatory certifications include Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator. Experience working in Agile teams is preferred. Fifteen years of full-time education is a prerequisite for this role.
