Join our team as a Custom Software Engineer and play a key role in developing and enhancing software solutions. This position focuses on creating scalable, high-performance applications tailored to meet specific business needs, utilizing modern frameworks and agile methodologies. You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and improving components across various systems and applications.

This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI-assisted development tools and copilots to significantly accelerate tasks. You will contribute to efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions, integrating pre-built AI services to boost productivity, rather than focusing on deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) components, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and credit management. Utilize AI copilots to streamline functional specifications, validate pricing logic, automate test case generation, and expedite documentation. Support end-to-end implementation cycles, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support, ensuring seamless integration with other modules and external systems.

Leverage AI-enabled tools for accelerated process analysis, pricing diagnostics, and impact analysis. Enhance productivity through AI-assisted testing, documentation automation, and the incorporation of pre-built AI features for tasks like exception detection and intelligent order classification. Employ LLM-assisted troubleshooting to reduce incident resolution times.

A strong foundation in SAP SD is essential, with a deep understanding of O2C processes, including order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, credit checks, and pricing procedures. Proven experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations, cross-module dependencies, and master data management is required. Familiarity with common SD troubleshooting steps is also key.

Demonstrate hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis platforms. The ability to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD workflows, coupled with an understanding of responsible AI usage, is crucial.
