This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage AI-powered tools for enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. You will focus on accelerating requirement analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting using AI copilots. The goal is to deliver efficient Order to Cash (O2C) solutions and improve overall productivity through AI-enabled assistance, rather than deep AI model development.

Configure and optimize SAP SD components, including Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Returns. Utilize AI copilots to draft functional specifications, validate pricing logic, generate test cases, and accelerate documentation. Support full implementation cycles, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-go-live support. Integrate SD with other modules like MM, FI, PP, WM/EWM, and external systems. Employ AI-enabled tools to expedite process analysis, pricing diagnostics, impact analysis, and test planning. Incorporate pre-built AI features into SD workflows, such as automated exception detection and intelligent order classification. Apply LLM assistance for troubleshooting during incidents to reduce resolution times. Ensure solutions comply with organizational SDLC practices, audit controls, and pricing governance. Conduct workshops and solution walkthroughs, leveraging AI-supported insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and supply chain, to achieve O2C alignment. Contribute reusable templates and best practices enhanced by AI accelerators.

Possess strong expertise in SAP SD, with a deep understanding of O2C processes like order creation, ATP, shipping, billing, and pricing. Demonstrate experience with SD/FI and SD/MM integrations and their cross-module dependencies. Have knowledge of master data, IDocs, outputs, and common SD troubleshooting steps. Show hands-on experience with AI copilots, automated documentation tools, and AI-assisted testing/analysis tools. Be able to integrate pre-built AI capabilities into SD process flows. Understand responsible AI usage and its limitations within commercial workflows. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills in O2C scenarios. Possess the ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP SD configurations. Have effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders. Maintain a continuous learning mindset and be comfortable using AI-augmented productivity tools. A minimum of 2-5 years of experience is required. A 15-year full-time education is mandatory.
