Amazon is seeking dedicated Team Leads for its transportation team within the Quick Commerce Last Mile GSF Prime Now division. This role is crucial for managing operations and driving performance within our delivery centers.

As a Channel Team Lead, you will oversee IHS operations and EDSP management at our Delivery Centers, supporting the DC Manager in performance initiatives and achieving operational goals. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new retail stores, managing and growing channel partner businesses, conducting regular field visits, and providing training on Amazon processes and SOPs. You will also report on store performance, manage a multi-layer team through coaching, and handle day-to-day operational escalations while ensuring excellent delivery experiences for customers. Stakeholder management and supporting station operations are also vital aspects of this role.

Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership and people management capabilities, with the ability to thrive under pressure and in ambiguous environments. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential for effectively conveying objectives and gaining team commitment. A strong bias for great customer service, high ownership, and robust analytical skills are required to interpret information, identify key facts, and assess risks. A Bachelor's Degree or MBA, preferably with a background in Sales or Telecom, along with advanced Excel proficiency, are necessary. Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering is a plus, as is an advanced degree.
