Join Amazon's Quick Commerce Last Mile team as a Channel Team Lead, driving operational excellence and partner growth within our Delivery Centers. This role is pivotal in managing In-Home Services (IHS) operations and supporting the DC Manager in achieving performance goals.

Lead channel partner account management to drive business growth, develop strategic account plans, and execute business opportunities. Conduct regular field visits to partner stores, providing training on Amazon processes, products, and operating models. Maintain and report on store performance, identifying actionable insights and recommendations.

Build and manage a multi-layer team, focusing on performance through coaching and mentoring. Drive associate performance against targets, set clear expectations, and manage relationships with channel partners for mutual growth. Enhance engagement with accounts to boost business and retention, while handling day-to-day operational escalations and ensuring round-the-clock availability for issue resolution. Manage internal and external stakeholders, and support station operations and customer deliveries.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or MBA, preferably with a background in Sales or Telecom. Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel and communication skills, along with strong operations and people-handling abilities. Essential competencies include leadership, people management, excellent communication, active listening, a strong bias for customer service, high ownership, and analytical skills to interpret information and assess risks.

Experience in managing operations teams and establishing new processes is required. Proficiency in advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, and VBA is necessary. A Master's degree in relevant fields or 4+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience is preferred.
