Maintain detailed performance reporting for stores and publish actionable recommendations.

Build and mentor a high-performing multi-layer team, driving associate target achievement.

Foster strong relationships with assigned stores, ensuring mutual growth and excellent delivery experiences.

Enhance account engagement to boost business and retention, while driving stores towards key metrics like volume and FTR.

Manage daily operational escalations and stakeholders effectively, ensuring 24/7 availability for issue resolution.

Support station operations and customer deliveries with dedication.

A Bachelor's Degree or MBA is required, with a preference for candidates from Sales or Telecom backgrounds.

Essential skills include strong leadership and people management abilities, resilience in high-pressure and ambiguous situations, and excellent communication and listening skills.

A strong bias for great customer service, high ownership, and robust analytical skills are crucial for success in this role.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and effective operations/people handling skills are necessary.

Experience in manufacturing, process, or industrial engineering is beneficial.
