This role is within the Cyber and Investigative Services team, contributing to the strategic protection of EY's people and assets. You will have a unique opportunity to influence leadership with innovative approaches to threat detection and mitigation, requiring deep technical understanding to identify and address potential impacts on EY.

As a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, you will provide essential technical expertise and insights to stakeholders, enabling them to understand, assess, and respond to cyber threats. Your core duties include collecting, analyzing, and producing actionable threat intelligence for EY Cyber and Investigative Services, EY Technology, and other business units.

You will maintain a comprehensive awareness of the global threat landscape, emerging threat capabilities, and evolving tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This knowledge will be used to enhance EY’s overall security posture. Responsibilities also involve evaluating intelligence from various sources, enriching data with contextual analysis, and producing timely, relevant intelligence products.

A significant part of your role will be dedicated to researching active and emerging threats, assessing their potential impact on EY, and delivering tactical intelligence to cybersecurity teams, management, and other stakeholders to support proactive decision-making and strengthen our defenses.

To excel in this role, you need a strong technical ability to attribute threats and their associated tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) to support defensive actions. A solid understanding of fundamental technical concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.

You must possess keen attention to detail and meet specific experience criteria: a minimum of 5 years in incident response and triage, or at least 3 years directly in threat analysis, digital forensics, malware analysis, or threat hunting. A thorough understanding of cyber threats, common attack vectors, and exploitation techniques is required.

Furthermore, you should know how to apply the MITRE ATT&CK framework and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. Ideally, you would also have prior experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence and have experience writing tactical intelligence reports for diverse stakeholder groups.
