We are seeking an AI Engineer to provide technical leadership in developing and deploying generative AI solutions, including LLMs, aligned with business goals and industry best practices.

This role involves architecting scalable data and machine learning pipelines for robust, efficient, and secure AI model integration into production environments. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and drive the delivery of impactful AI-driven products. Championing innovation means staying abreast of AI advancements, guiding strategic AI initiatives, and mentoring team members to elevate our data science capabilities.

Manage the delivery of data science insights through various tools and methodologies, creating cognitive services that utilize complex algorithms, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Develop innovative algorithms and enhance existing machine learning techniques. Provide data-driven business recommendations to improve decision-making.

Collaborate with business units to identify new project opportunities, understand their needs, define success metrics, and ensure successful delivery. Potentially lead medium-sized projects or mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing within the team.

Possess 12+ years of experience in machine learning, data mining, predictive modeling, statistical modeling, and handling large-scale structured and unstructured data. Demonstrate proficiency in Python for data wrangling, visualization, and modeling. Expertise in ML/NLP algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, is essential.

In-depth knowledge of deep learning methods such as RNNs, LSTMs, recursive neural networks, and autoencoders is required. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLlib is necessary. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers and other open-source NLP/NLG modules is a strong asset. Experience with generative LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering is also crucial.

Exceptional programming skills in Python are a must. Knowledge of containerization platforms like Docker is advantageous. Experience with Git and modern software development workflows is a plus. Non-technical strengths include a proven track record in leading strategic initiatives over the last 2-3 years, strong team and business communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels and with multi-office teams. Thriving in a fast-paced environment and working independently are key, with strategic consulting experience being a bonus. Excellent communication skills are paramount.
