A seasoned ServiceNow Product Leader with over 15 years of experience is sought, possessing deep expertise in CSM, ITSM, enterprise integrations, AI, and workflow automation. Proven success in delivering automation, self-service, and AI-enabled capabilities is essential. A strong understanding of generative AI, predictive analytics, and responsible AI principles is required, along with experience using platforms like Now Assist and AI Search.
