As a Test Lead, you will guide all test activities to ensure exceptional product quality. This includes setting project timelines, supervising testers, and driving test scope identification and environment setup.

You will prepare comprehensive test plans, define key metrics, and manage test execution. Interpreting reports and providing recommendations for product enhancements will be crucial.

Key responsibilities involve defining and implementing robust test strategies, including risk-based coverage and automation strategies for functional and AI testing. You'll evaluate and adopt cutting-edge automation tools, architect reusable frameworks, and manage defect triage and release decisions.

Additionally, you will implement AI testing strategies, design test plans for RAG frameworks, and develop agentic validation workflows. Conducting bias, fairness, and ethical compliance testing for AI models, along with building AI testing automation frameworks, is also part of this role. Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team, defining strategic testing roadmaps, and communicating quality metrics to stakeholders are vital.

You will also develop relationships with other engineering groups to implement effective testing procedures and create standard and ad-hoc reports, automating processes for efficiency.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field, coupled with over 12 years of relevant professional experience.

A strong command of testing lifecycle and agile frameworks, alongside specialized knowledge of Quality Management techniques, is essential. You must demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, with proven experience guiding diverse teams.

Proficiency in automation testing concepts and the ability to implement automation/performance strategies are critical. Experience authoring and adopting large-scale automation frameworks across UI, functional, API, and back-end integrations is required. Hands-on experience with Selenium using Java or Python at a scripting/coding level is necessary.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar defect management tools and CI/CD practices is important. You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and ambiguity.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. The ability to integrate with cultural differences and engage effectively with virtual, cross-cultural teams is highly valued. Experience supporting small to medium-sized projects and understanding relevant performance indicators and metrics will also be beneficial.
