As part of Consulting Support Services (CSS), you'll empower project teams through essential project management and coordination. This role covers the full project lifecycle, ensuring efficient delivery and offering a platform for significant skill enhancement and career growth within consulting.

Key responsibilities include managing project financials, modeling pricing scenarios, tracking budgets against spend, and handling invoicing. You will develop project plans using tools like Excel or MS Projects, collect and track deliverable status, and set up PM tool instances. Responsibilities extend to reporting, creating dashboards for client teams and leadership, maintaining RAID logs and stakeholder registers, and working with applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SharePoint. Acting as a central communication point, you will also support quality and risk management, manage documentation, and anticipate client needs.

Candidates should possess strong computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint). Essential skills encompass Power BI, Power Apps, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint. Experience with JIRA/Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Trello is required, alongside a solid understanding of Agile project management principles, product backlogs, epics, and user stories. Strong written and verbal English communication, robust analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail, and confident, assertive influencing abilities are crucial. Prior experience with global clientele is expected. The role requires flexibility for onsite/hybrid work, willingness to work in shifts, and adaptability to work Indian holidays and travel as needed.
