Conceptualize compelling visuals aligned with consulting business needs, encompassing presentations and documentation.

Develop high-quality, cohesive, and competitive proposals in a timely manner.

Manage proposal layout, formatting, and production for presentations, white papers, and other critical documents.

Create storyboards and illustrations for consulting pursuit deals, covering both business and technical aspects.

Provide expert guidance on necessary content, style, and organizational adjustments.

Apply a techno-functional mindset and lateral thinking to deliver differentiated customer experiences that secure deals.

Showcase innovative design skills to represent data and proposal decks in EY/Client-specific formats, adhering to branding guidelines.

Manage the deployment and utilization of a team of 10-20 staff, seniors, and assistant managers.

Oversee operational activities including coordination, supervision, work allocation, and compliance.

Source and deliver constructive feedback to team members, contributing to mid-year and annual appraisal cycles.

Expand CSS integration across member firms by building networks and developing new services.

Participate in people initiatives such as recruiting and training professionals, acting as a role model.

Lead and collaborate on team and consulting-level initiatives.

Ensure quality control and review of team output, guaranteeing adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

Support quality and risk management requirements across consulting practices (InfoSec, Data Privacy, etc.).

Facilitate the transition of new work from project initiation to 'business as usual' operations, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency gains.

Demonstrate insight into Consulting Fields of Play to make informed suggestions and recommendations.

This is a full-time, onsite role, with flexibility for hybrid work. Willingness to work with different time zones, Indian holidays as per client needs, and travel domestically and internationally is required.
