This Consulting Support Services (CSS) role is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and delivery of Consulting Engagement teams. It involves key project management and coordination activities essential throughout the end-to-end engagement lifecycle.

The CSS function supports project coordination, financial analysis, and ensures engagement compliance and governance requirements across diverse industries and countries.

Enhance service delivery by ensuring timely completion of tasks, efficient project management, and proactive communication and coordination. Build strong relationships with engagement personnel, anticipating client needs through active information gathering. Provide comprehensive support to onshore Consulting engagement teams with their management and coordination duties. Utilize applications such as Power BI, Visio, and SharePoint for project tasks. Serve as a primary point of contact for designated engagements. Contribute insights and recommendations based on an understanding of the engagement's services. Prepare reports and dashboards for client teams and senior leadership. Support quality and risk management processes within Consulting practices. Effectively summarize work and document findings according to established standards. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently in demanding environments.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for B.Com, BBA, or Economics. A Master's degree is also considered. Proficiency in the German language at a B2 level or equivalent is essential. Possess at least 4 years of relevant industry or project management experience. Exhibit strong computer proficiency, including advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint is advantageous. Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical capabilities. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, even with routine tasks. Possess assertiveness and strong influencing skills. Previous experience working with global clients is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member. Exhibit organizational skills and self-discipline. Maintain a high degree of accuracy in all work. Confidence in interacting with senior-level contacts, both internal and external.
