As a Critical Environment Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential tasks with varying levels of supervision. This includes conducting basic monitoring and inspections of facility equipment, such as HVAC systems and mechanical components, as well as building and grounds. You will learn to operate all systems and equipment safely and professionally, understanding associated risks. The role involves utilizing a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to track assets and manage work orders. Additionally, you will assist with emergency monitoring and response, execute various maintenance tasks following established procedures, and document findings for follow-up. Providing escorts for third-party contractors and ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols are also key duties.

The required qualifications for this role include a Graduation or Diploma coupled with 2 years of experience in mission-critical services or applied learning within high-availability environments like data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, or manufacturing. Candidates must be able to meet specific security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check, which is performed upon hire and every two years thereafter.

Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED with 1+ year of technical services experience, or an Associate's Degree, technical trade certification, or equivalent experience. This position is fully on-site and is a full-time employment opportunity.
