This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise document generation and reporting solutions using Create!Forms. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Develop robust Create!Forms templates, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews to maintain quality and consistency. Provide essential support for testing, deployment, and production releases, including maintaining technical documentation.

Offer L2/L3 production support for critical reporting processes, investigate and resolve defects, and monitor performance for optimization. Ensure all solutions comply with security, audit, and governance requirements.

A minimum of 8 years of overall IT experience is required, with at least 5 years of recent, hands-on experience specifically with Create!Forms development. You should possess strong skills in XML, XSL/XSLT, RTF Templates, data mapping, and document formatting.

Proficiency in integrating Create!Forms with ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards (JDE), and strong SQL skills are essential. Experience troubleshooting report generation issues, understanding SDLC processes, and excellent analytical abilities are also crucial for success in this role.
