As a leader of one or more squads, this individual will direct the development of features spanning multiple teams and significant functionalities. The focus is on coordinating squad tasks, providing expert guidance, and ensuring the high quality of team output.

Oversee and guide teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Lead strategic planning, decision-making, and mentoring within the software development lifecycle. Set the strategic direction for software development efforts, manage project portfolios, and ensure effective execution of engineering initiatives.

Build and enhance leadership skills, staying current with industry trends. Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture within the software engineering team.
