We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ Consultant with a robust understanding of product configuration, lifecycle processes, and manufacturing operations. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle CPQ, product data management, and ERP-driven configuration workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and implementing effective CPQ solutions.

The position involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to translate complex product configuration needs into functional CPQ strategies. You will manage the entire CPQ lifecycle, from initial setup and pricing to quotation generation and approval processes, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle CPQ solutions to meet evolving business requirements.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to transform product configuration needs into practical CPQ solutions. This includes supporting end-to-end CPQ processes, such as product configuration, pricing, quotation generation, and approvals.

Collaboration with ERP teams is essential for ensuring smooth integration between Oracle CPQ and other enterprise applications. You will also manage product change requests (PCRs) and configuration updates, and participate in crucial testing, deployment, user training, and production support activities.

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in Oracle CPQ implementation, support, or development. Prior experience in Product Configuration Management (PCM), Product Data Management (PDM), or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) within a manufacturing setting is essential.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and their product configuration processes is necessary. A strong grasp of Product Change Request (PCR) and engineering change management is also required. Familiarity with CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and approvals, along with knowledge of manufacturing business processes and product lifecycle management, is key. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills are vital for success.
