Seeking a skilled CPQ Senior Analyst to provide expert functional and implementation support for advanced pricing and CPQ tools. This role involves developing sophisticated pricing models and driving business performance through strategic pricing initiatives.

As a Consulting Professional, you will collaborate with clients to design, build, and implement effective pricing strategies, acting as a trusted advisor in their digital transformation journey.

The position focuses on enhancing business performance within the Pricing area, ensuring efficient and effective pricing and discounting approaches are established and maintained. You will play a key role in driving measurable impact on both top-line and bottom-line results for global B2B organizations.

Deliver functional and implementation support for leading Pricing and CPQ solutions including PROS, PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, and Callidus.

Construct robust pricing models leveraging advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. Track key pricing KPIs and develop leadership dashboards using visualization tools.

Assess pricing processes against business imperatives and client sales strategies. Conduct client data diagnostics, gap analysis, and design future state solutions.

Design and implement pricing waterfalls, strategies, competitive pricing, elasticity analysis, margin analysis, diagnostics, catalog management, and contract pricing.

Focus on B2B Pricing Analytics, including exploratory analysis and reporting, and provide target state analytics recommendations.

Recommend and deploy process improvements and enablers with best-in-class KPIs to optimize pricing operations.

Integrate seamlessly with client sales organizations to drive efficient and effective structured pricing and discounting approaches.

Possess 3-5 years of progressive industry and/or consulting experience within the Products, Communications & High Tech, Financial Services, or Resources sectors.

Demonstrate 3-5 years of hands-on experience with PROS Smart Price Optimization & Management (POM) and PROS Smart Configure Price Quote (CPQ).

Acquire functional expertise in pricing services, products, parts, and post-sales services.

Exhibit proficiency in MS Excel, Macro, and PowerPoint, with exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Familiarity with other Pricing & CPQ tools like PriceFx, CONGA, SFDC CPQ, Zilliant, PROS, Vendavo, SAP/Oracle Pricing, or Callidus is advantageous.

Certification in PROS Smart Price Optimization and Management or PROS Smart Configure Price Quote (or equivalent from other pricing/CPQ solutions) is desirable.
