Seeking an experienced CPQ Functional Lead Consultant to drive the design and implementation of Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their unique business needs and translate them into effective functional and technical requirements. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through rigorous testing and successful deployment.

This position offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in Oracle CPQ to deliver impactful solutions and guide project teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of client projects, providing critical functional leadership.

Lead the functional aspects of Oracle CPQ projects, ensuring timely completion. Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to translate requirements into robust CPQ solutions. Train and mentor team members on CPQ functionality and Oracle Cloud capabilities. Continuously assess and optimize the performance of CPQ solutions. Conduct functional reviews and deliver internal demonstrations. Develop and maintain Solution Design/Technical Design documents. Uphold CPQ implementation best practices and standard documentation.

Perform essential BA activities, utilizing strong BML and BMQL skills to address complex business scenarios. Create High-Level Designs (HLDs) and Low-Level Designs (LLDs).

A strong foundation in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionality and its business applications is essential. Proficiency with Oracle Cloud is required to enhance business operations. Excellent project management skills are necessary for leading multiple simultaneous projects.

Possess expertise in Oracle Configure Price Quote (CPQ) Cloud applications. Demonstrate hands-on experience with Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine, and Integration. Solid BML and BMQL coding abilities are crucial for complex use cases. Proven experience in authoring HLDs/LLDs. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML is beneficial. Integration experience with CRM/ERP systems such as OSC, Salesforce, EBS, Fusion Apps, JDE, OTM, and other third-party applications is expected. Knowledge of web services standards (WSDL, SOAP, REST, XSL) is required.

Minimum of 2-3 end-to-end Oracle CPQ implementations are mandatory. Oracle certifications (CPQ Certified Implementation Specialist) are advantageous. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and soft skills are a must.
