Join our team as a CPQ Analyst focused on ACS SONG and leverage your expertise in PROS Smart Price Optimization. This role is integral to designing, configuring, and implementing cutting-edge PROS CPQ and pricing solutions.

You will partner with business stakeholders to meticulously gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure seamless integration with critical CRM and ERP systems. Your contributions will also extend to testing, documentation, and end-user training, driving solution adoption and achieving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with business teams to deeply understand pricing and quoting needs, and subsequently documenting comprehensive functional specifications.

Configure PROS CPQ modules, meticulously define pricing rules, discount logic, and approval workflows. Develop test cases, perform thorough functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee the highest quality of the solution.

Facilitate workshops, lead governance meetings, and actively manage change adoption. Prepare essential functional documentation and deliver effective end-user training sessions to empower users.

This position requires hands-on experience with PROS CPQ or comparable CPQ tools, coupled with a solid understanding of pricing strategies, discounting logic, and approval workflows.

Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and a grasp of ERP concepts are essential. Exposure to integration concepts from a functional perspective is also expected.

Basic proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Power BI is beneficial. An awareness of pricing optimization techniques and margin analysis is advantageous. A certification in PROS Smart Price Optimization and Management or PROS Smart Configure Price Quote is highly desirable.
