As a Senior Learning Partner, you will act as a primary Learning & Development liaison, proactively identifying training needs through stakeholder engagement and data analysis. You will translate business requirements into effective learning strategies and design, develop, and deliver technical training on Oracle Health solutions. Responsibilities include managing multiple learning initiatives, partnering with subject matter experts, and creating engaging instructional content using industry-standard tools. Evaluating program effectiveness and continuous improvement will be key, alongside coordinating onboarding and supporting employee engagement activities.

This role requires substantial professional experience in Learning & Development, Technical Training, or Instructional Design. A strong understanding of Cerner Millennium and/or Oracle Health solutions is essential, alongside demonstrated experience in technical training delivery and needs analysis. Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and content development tools like Camtasia, Articulate, and Rise 360 is mandatory. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills are vital for conveying complex technical information. You must possess strong stakeholder management, analytical, and program management abilities, with the capacity to thrive in a globally diverse team environment.
