The AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions Team is seeking an experienced professional in Mumbai, India, to join the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) team. Your primary focus will be mitigating financial and contractual risks for our expanding portfolio across the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China regions.
Key responsibilities include: - Reviewing, auditing, and processing contract-related payments and site invoices, ensuring adherence to internal policies and contractual terms. - Analyzing complex commercial contractual language to accurately understand obligations and key payment milestones. - Maintaining precise pipeline tracking and site-level data in portfolio management software. - Collaborating effectively with internal teams to drive alignment and achieve results. - Tracking and monitoring all incoming documents and contracts for compliance and operational continuity. - Overseeing the team's support request system for efficient triage and task assignment. - Providing strategic administrative support to leadership, contributing to special projects and process improvements.
To excel in this role, you should possess at least three years of experience in property management, asset management, portfolio management, and/or real estate financial analysis. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP and Oracle, along with experience processing rent charges or monthly rent rolls, is essential.
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, commerce, finance, or a related discipline from an accredited university is required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with high demands and ambiguity. Experience managing internal stakeholder relationships and working across diverse teams and cultures is also highly valued.
