The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in in-house legal roles and a proven track record in contract management. Your expertise will ensure compliance and mitigate risks for the organization.

Key responsibilities include the end-to-end management of client commercial contracts. This involves meticulously drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements.

You will also be responsible for effectively communicating and liaising directly with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and facilitate business objectives. Excellent drafting and communication skills in English are essential for this position.

This senior position requires 8-16 years of relevant work experience, preferably gained as an in-house counsel within the IT or ITES sector.

Candidates must hold an LLB or LLM degree from a premier college or university. Strong proficiency in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, is mandatory.
