This role involves finalizing project scope, identifying critical gaps, and meticulously defining client requirements. You will also assist clients in developing comprehensive test suites and acceptance criteria. A key part of the responsibility is eliciting requirements and delivering well-defined functional specification documents. You will leverage your hands-on experience with corporate actions according to ISO standards and their execution capabilities.

Further responsibilities include understanding third-party market collaborators like Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC, and working with the SWIFT messaging system for corporate actions. Experience with data integrations and APIs is a valuable addition. The role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups across geographical boundaries and to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

A minimum of 10 years of experience is required for this position. You must possess hands-on business analysis experience, focusing on requirements elicitation, solution identification, and the creation of detailed functional specification documents. Essential expertise includes in-depth knowledge of corporate actions adhering to ISO standards and their execution processes. Prior experience in Capital Markets, understanding the Trade Life Cycle, and familiarity with Corporate Actions are strongly preferred.

Familiarity with market collaborators such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC is beneficial. Direct experience with the SWIFT messaging system in the context of corporate actions is crucial. Working experience with data integrations and APIs will be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions and can perform independently with limited oversight.
