Key responsibilities include defining and implementing robust optical network operational standards, alongside reviewing network reliability and restoration strategies. You will govern major incident response for optical services and drive effective capacity planning and technology roadmap execution.

Crucially, you will partner closely with NOC, Engineering, and Field Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Furthermore, you'll lead initiatives focused on operational excellence and automation, while also managing team performance and stakeholder engagement.

We are seeking professionals with extensive experience (9 to 20 years) in DWDM, OTN, and ROADM technologies. A strong background in Service Assurance and NOC Governance is essential.

Proven abilities in Team Leadership and Strategic Planning are required for this role. Expertise in Optical Networking, Network Operations, Capacity Planning, and driving Automation initiatives will be highly valued.
