Define and implement robust operational standards for optical networks. Conduct thorough reviews of network reliability and restoration strategies to ensure resilience. Govern major incident response processes for optical services, minimizing downtime. Drive effective capacity planning and execute technology roadmap initiatives. Foster strong partnerships with NOC, Engineering, and Field Operations teams. Lead continuous improvement efforts in operational excellence and automation. Manage team performance effectively and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.

Demonstrated expertise in DWDM, OTN, and ROADM technologies. Proven experience in Service Assurance and NOC Governance. Strong capabilities in Team Leadership and managing engineering teams. Excellent Strategic Planning skills for network evolution and operational efficiency. This is a permanent contract role within Capgemini Engineering.
