This role requires close coordination with field teams and vendors during outages, handling incidents, service requests, and customer escalations. Maintaining accurate ticket documentation and supporting 24x7 NOC operations, including bridge calls during major incidents, are also crucial.

Essential technical skills include a strong understanding of optical networking fundamentals such as DWDM, ROADM, or OTN. Proficiency with NMS/EMS monitoring tools and experience with incident and change management processes are mandatory.
