Seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Core HR Functional Consultant with over a decade of experience, specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Global Human Resources. This role is pivotal in overseeing the entire lifecycle of global HR process implementations, from initial requirements gathering and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support.

The consultant will drive transformative Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR projects, ensuring seamless business integration and efficient HR operations worldwide.

Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR functional implementations and transformations. Conduct business requirement workshops, analyze processes, perform fit-gap assessments, and design solutions in collaboration with HR stakeholders. Configure and manage critical HR components including Enterprise Structures, Legal Employers, Business Units, Departments, Locations, Jobs, Positions, Grades, and Workforce Structures. Configure Person Management, Employment, Work Relationships, Assignment Management, Transfers, Promotions, Terminations, and other Global HR processes. Design and configure Workforce Structures, security roles, data access, approvals, and HR transaction flows. Provide support for Global HR and legislative requirements, including localization and multi-country deployments. Configure and support Absence Management, ensuring integration with Core HR. Collaborate closely with Payroll, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and other HCM/enterprise teams for end-to-end process integration. Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, data migration, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support. Prepare functional specifications and partner with technical teams on integrations, reports, extensions, and data conversion. Support reporting needs using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts. Mentor junior consultants and lead functional teams to ensure quality and timely project milestone achievement.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with substantial hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Core HR. Demonstrated experience in Global HR/Core HR, Workforce Structures, Person Management, and Employment processes. Successful completion of at least two full-cycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations. Solid understanding of global HR processes and enterprise/workforce structures. Proficiency with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL), and functional integration concepts. Working knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, approvals, workflows, and HCM security. Experience in data migration, testing, cutover, production support, and issue resolution. Strong stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage with HR business users, technical teams, and project leadership. Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
