Lead engagements from the GDS front, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with EY GAM and global expectations. Review procedures performed by GDS staff, leveraging EY tools for efficiency. Cultivate strong relationships with global EY counterparts. Embed EY Quality and Risk Management procedures into team workflows. Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization. Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication with GDS and global teams. Identify opportunities to enhance GDS scope and standardize review processes. Motivate, lead, coach, and supervise GDS team members, fostering key talents. Oversee engagement operational matters and conduct timely performance reviews.

You must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI), ACCA, or CPA with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience. Experience should be either with a mid- to top-tier accounting firm (external or assurance reviews) or within a larger domestic Indian company or MNC, preferably in a Shared Service environment. Expertise in Indian accounting and assurance standards, or knowledge of IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP and International review standards, is a significant advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook is required, along with strong communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills. You should possess project management, leadership, coaching, and supervisory abilities, supported by robust logical reasoning skills and the capacity to foster a positive work culture and team collaboration.
