We are seeking a Senior Assurance professional to join our dynamic EY-Assurance Team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for tasks assigned by global client-serving assurance teams, ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables while managing daily engagement operations.

Lead engagements from the Global Delivery Services (GDS) front, ensuring timely and high-quality work according to EY GAM and global team expectations. Review procedures performed by GDS staff, leveraging EY tools for efficiency. Cultivate strong relationships with global EY counterparts. Implement EY Quality and Risk Management procedures within engagement teams. Proactively manage workflow, allocate resources, and monitor team performance and utilization. Communicate professionally and clearly with GDS and global teams, establishing expectations for value delivery. Identify opportunities to enhance the scope of GDS work and standardize review processes. Motivate and mentor GDS team members, fostering talent and providing coaching. Oversee operational aspects of aligned engagements and conduct performance reviews.

Possess knowledge of Indian accounting and assurance standards, or familiarity with IFRS/UK GAAP/US GAAP and International review standards, which is advantageous. Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, risk management, facilitation, and presentation skills. Demonstrate strong project management, leadership, coaching, counselling, and supervisory abilities. Foster a positive work culture, effective teaming, and embody EY values. Build strong working relationships with colleagues in India and globally.

To qualify, you must be a freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with 0-1 year of experience in Assurance. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is a plus.
