Join our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team as a Senior Controller Transformation Specialist. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through complex accounting challenges and optimizing their financial processes. Our Finance Transformation Experts collaborate within an integrated global network, designing and enhancing client business processes for peak efficiency and performance. We utilize and refine diverse frameworks and methodologies to deliver impactful solutions and clear strategic communications.

Drive Oracle finance platform implementations across various record-to-report (R2R) areas, leveraging deep techno-functional expertise. Focus on hands-on functional implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance, Oracle FAH, Oracle Netsuite, or Oracle FCCS.

Provide subject matter expertise and lead R2R transformation projects, encompassing areas like Revenue Recognition, Accruals, Intercompany Reconciliation, Asset Accounting, Chart of Accounts, Sub Ledger Accounting, Consolidation, Financial Statement production, Cost Accounting, and Profitability Analysis. Possess certification or at least one end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials, FAH, Netsuite, or FCCS.

Integrate Oracle finance platforms with AI technologies, designing AI solutions for R2R processes. Demonstrate intensive knowledge of consolidation processes and data mapping within Oracle FCCS. Lead delivery teams on large projects, collaborating with market teams to secure new business and develop internal capabilities through training.

A strong foundation in consulting experience (2-4 years) focused on record-to-report transformation is essential, distinct from industry user experience. Experience working with international clients and previous engagements with multinational consulting firms or Big 4 organizations are highly preferred.

Possess deep techno-functional knowledge of Oracle finance platforms (Fusion Finance, FAH, Netsuite, FCCS) and R2R process areas. Certification or one end-to-end implementation experience with these Oracle solutions is required. Familiarity with AI-based technologies and their application in R2R is also crucial.

Demonstrate strong business development acumen, solution conceptualization, product build, and project management skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities, flexibility, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are paramount. Ability to comprehend complexity quickly, handle ambiguity, and perform under stress is expected. A willingness to travel on short notice is necessary.
