Join EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team as a Controllership Transformation Senior. You'll leverage deep SAP finance platform expertise to drive record-to-report process optimization and implement advanced solutions.

Drive SAP finance platform implementations across record-to-report areas, including revenue recognition, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, and chart of accounts.

Provide subject matter expertise and lead delivery teams in SAP-led record-to-report transformations, ensuring end-to-end techno-functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO, SAP S/4 HANA, and integration with AI technologies.

Develop and lead business development efforts, conceptualizing client-specific solutions, driving proposal development, and fostering relationships to achieve business growth. Collaborate across service lines for seamless project execution.

Possess deep techno-functional knowledge of SAP finance platforms (SAP FI, CO, COPA, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting) and experience with SAP ECC FI/CO or SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA/Central Finance implementations (certification or 1-4 end-to-end experiences).

Demonstrate strong business development and solution conceptualization skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. A flexible work attitude and willingness to travel are essential.

Candidates should hold a CA, MBA (Finance) with Commerce Background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com, and possess 2-4 years of relevant consulting experience in record-to-report transformation, preferably with international clients or Big4 firms.
