As a Senior in EY's Global Delivery Services (GDS) FAAS Controllership Transformation practice, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing financial processes. You'll work with regional stakeholders and leverage a global network of experts to deliver high-performance solutions.

Drive transformative initiatives across Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, utilizing deep techno-functional expertise to lead end-to-end improvements. Take ownership of key R2R areas including revenue recognition, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, and financial statement preparation. Provide subject matter expertise, lead delivery teams, and support the integration of ERP platforms with AI-based solutions for enhanced automation.

Lead workstreams within large transformation programs, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Define and implement AI-driven solutions, optimizing processes and resource management. You will be accountable for team supervision, task allocation, and performance evaluation to meet organizational objectives.

This role demands a strong foundation in Record-to-Report, Invoice-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash areas, coupled with sound experience in ERP systems like SAP S/4 HANA or Oracle Fusion Finance. Familiarity with digital finance solutions and AI/ML/Gen-AI in finance is essential. Business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills are critical.

Essential qualifications include CA, MBA (Finance) with a Commerce background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com, along with 2-4 years of consulting experience in record-to-report transformation. Experience with international clients and previous Big4 or multinational consulting firms is highly preferred.
