This senior role within EY GDS FAAS (Controllership Transformation) offers a significant opportunity to shape finance functions for leading clients in Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Management, Banking, Insurance, and Private Equity.

As part of the Finance Transformation Experts team, you will collaborate within a global network to design and optimize client business processes, driving efficiency and high performance. You will leverage and refine methodologies, develop solutions, and present strategic plans and outcomes.

Drive critical Finance Transformation engagements for clients across the Financial Services sector. Act as a subject matter expert in Investment, Fund, and Private Equity Accounting. Utilize your expertise in BlackRock Aladdin and/or Clearwater Analytics to enhance accounting and reporting processes. Support the design of operating models and transformation initiatives.

Analyze and refine the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from trade capture to reporting. Assist with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment. Facilitate seamless collaboration between finance, operations, technology, and business stakeholders for strategic programs. Support data migration and process standardization efforts. Develop comprehensive client deliverables, including process documentation and transformation roadmaps.

We are seeking professionals with a CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) qualification, complemented by 2–5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry. Essential experience includes Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, and Private Equity Accounting, alongside hands-on proficiency with BlackRock Aladdin and/or Clearwater Analytics platforms.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of investment products, portfolio accounting, and financial reporting processes. Prior experience in Finance Transformation, process improvement, or operating model initiatives is key. You should possess excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective functional solutions and recommendations. Experience with international clients or previous Big4/multinational consulting firms is advantageous.
