This role is integral to our Finance Transformation Experts team, dedicated to optimizing client service business processes for efficiency and high performance. Lead and support Finance Transformation projects within Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Management, Banking, Insurance, and Private Equity sectors. Act as a subject matter expert in Investment, Fund, and Private Equity Accounting. Utilize expertise in BlackRock Aladdin and/or Clearwater Analytics to optimize investment accounting and reporting processes. Assist with business process design, target operating model development, and end-to-end investment lifecycle analysis. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to deliver transformation programs, including data migration and standardization. Develop client deliverables, process documentation, and transformation roadmaps.

Contribute to business development by supporting proposal creation, RFP responses, and client presentations. Drive the development of Finance Transformation solutions focused on Investment Accounting and Operations. Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement. Foster thought leadership in areas like Aladdin, Clearwater, and Finance Transformation. Build strong client relationships and support growth initiatives within the Financial Services sector.

Possess a professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an MBA (Finance). Have 2-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services, with a mandatory focus on Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Private Equity Accounting. Demonstrable hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and/or Clearwater Analytics is essential.

Your experience should include supporting finance, accounting, reporting, or investment operations functions. A strong understanding of investment products, portfolio accounting, and financial reporting processes is required. Experience in Finance Transformation, process improvement, or operating model initiatives is highly valued. You should be adept at translating business needs into functional solutions and actionable recommendations, complemented by excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Prior experience with international clients or multinational consulting/Big4 firms is preferred.
