As a key member of the Finance Transformation Experts team, you will collaborate with regional stakeholders, develop client relationships, and implement innovative frameworks and methodologies. Your unique perspective will be instrumental in shaping EY's future success.

Lead and support Finance Transformation engagements across Asset & Wealth Management, Investment Management, Banking, Insurance, and Private Equity sectors. Act as a subject matter expert in investment accounting, fund accounting, and private equity accounting, utilizing your knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin and/or Clearwater Analytics. You will be responsible for business process design, target operating model development, and optimizing the end-to-end investment lifecycle. This includes supporting requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities, as well as preparing client deliverables and transformation roadmaps.

Furthermore, you will contribute to business development by supporting proposal creation, developing thought leadership, and identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation. Building strong client relationships and contributing to growth initiatives within the Financial Services sector are also key aspects of this role.

To excel in this role, you should possess a CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) equivalent professional qualification. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services is required, with mandatory hands-on experience in Investment Accounting, Fund Accounting, and Private Equity Accounting. Proficiency with BlackRock Aladdin and/or Clearwater Analytics platforms is essential.

We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of investment products, portfolio accounting, financial reporting processes, and finance transformation initiatives. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. Experience working with international clients or previous consulting experience with multinational or Big4 firms is preferred.
