Seeking a highly skilled Contracts Negotiation Specialist to manage and oversee all aspects of client commercial contracts. This role is crucial for ensuring robust contractual agreements within the IT/ITES sector.

This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in legal counsel within the IT/ITES industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills for commercial contracts.

Take ownership of the complete lifecycle of client commercial contracts, from initiation to completion. This includes expert drafting, meticulous reviewing, and skillful negotiation of all contractual terms and conditions.

Effectively communicate and collaborate directly with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and support for contractual matters. Facilitate smooth liasoning to achieve business objectives.

A minimum of 8 to 16 years of experience is required, ideally gained as in-house counsel within an IT or ITES organization.

Possession of an LLB or LLM degree from a reputable premier college or university is mandatory. Excellent communication and drafting proficiency in English are essential for success in this role.
