As a Deal Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, validating, and processing contract documentation. This involves utilizing Oracle's standard templates and contract options, strictly following established policies and business approval processes.

You will liaise with Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other departments across Oracle. The goal is to ensure full policy compliance and effectively mitigate corporate risk through diligent contract administration.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in contracts administration or a related field is required. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is essential.
